Dedicated to my wonderful Russian friend 
I discovered a "new" way of drawing that I'm calling "the dither". I was very excited about this new method & Seth (my oldest son) was very encouraging & kind. Then Andrew walked into the room, took one look at my discovery, said "I've seen it before" & left. Since then - although he still claims that it's not a new method (& it probably isn't, but it's new to me) - Andrew has admitted that he likes this drawing.
Artline Fine liner - 0.4mm (ie the ones that I usually use & think of as the "grunts" in the fine liner world).
